Tidy and clean P'Inn, staff a little frosty but OK.. Bar area very cold, sliding doors constantly open which made it a swift drink on the evening we stayed.. Room was very spacious, decent decor, contemporary themes, clean bathroom & bedding, that's all you need for a stay, it's not the reason for the visit etc etc..

A lovely room with comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Very close to the railway station. Nice staff who are friendly and helpful. Let down by two things. 1. Car parking is very limited. It costs £8.00 for 24 hours but if you leave you are not guaranteed a place when you come back even though you have paid for it. 2. The restaurant is experiencing "Supply Chain issues" which meant nearly half the items on the menu were not available. The restaurant was also quite cold.

Cleaning services very poor. We asked 3 times for a room cleaning but we only had one. Not very nice right?

Near to train station. Shops are around. No parking on site.

I always stay at Premier Inns, due to the comfortable beds, and the service they provide but trying to contact this particular Premier Inn by phone is a nightmare my partner has been trying for 7 days to contact them to add another night they never answer their phones, or emails even though marked it high priority he finally got through at 4.00am this morning to be told don't take bookings over the phone have to do it online which we find ridiculous.

Refurbished rooms. Ideal location for the Elizabeth Line. Breakfast was good. The parking is a big issue in this location, which is why I couldn't give it 5 stars.

we went to breakfast at 10:30am and we were refused to enter. we were told there are not enough supplies. we left and as we were leaving 3 more families were allowed in and were served breakfast. this was unfair and we felt discriminated against as a family. We have a 5 hour journey ahead of us and we have to look for a restaurant around the city before we travel as we have a vulnerable individual with us. my rating would have been zero but there is no option like that.

We stayed here last weekend, was a great stay. The staff were amazing, couldn't have been more helpful, we had dinner there and breakfast the following morning, both were really nice. There was plenty of choices for dinner, and the sticky toffee pudding desert was lovely. Breakfast was really nice as well. The rooms were clean and very nice, as isais earlier the staff were really good. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel does not have an email, the only way to get in touch is by phone and I had to wait an hour for an answer. Thus I couldn't return money for the reservation. Horrible service, I wouldn't advise anyone to waste their time here.

Stayed here in the newly refurbished rooms, they are amazing! All staff I spoke to were very friendly and approachable. Would definitely recommend and i will definitely be back!

Definitely need to improve. The rooms have been done which is fine but everything else was poor. Massively understaffed, nearly 50 minutes to check in, 1 person trying to cover bar and reception. Food was borderline inedible. Breakfast was swimming in grease and the evening meal was horrific

Had a great experience staying here, room Was clean & comfortable think I had a newer room, service was excellent Nikita was so helpful & very polite also she had a sense of humour which is so refreshing, Brogan was very knowledgeable & also happy to help me I had a few small issues but it wasn’t a problem, thank you girls

All in all a fantastic place to spend the night. A great team of staff that made us more than welcome & catered to our every need. Fresh clean rooms & comfortable fresh beds. If your ever going to Brentwood then this Premier Inn is the place to stay.

Stayed for a few days with family and friends at Brentwood premiering and we have to say the service we got all through was superb. We had a Lovely welcome/customer service from Karen the manager who went far and beyond with our queries and made our stay pleasant. The rooms were absolutely inviting, amazing, newly refurbished, spacious, airy and comfortable. We had a lovely dinner and a variety to choose from breakfast which we all enjoyed cannot fault at all. Will definitely be booking Brentwood premierinn in the very near future.
